Opening chests displays incorrect item for a fraction of a second
I noticed this happening earlier today, whenever I open a chest the wrong item appears for a fraction of a second. The item quality is the same as the one that dropped, but the texture for the item is wrong. It seems that as soon as you can move around again the texture changes to the correct one.

Climbable rock on Suffocation Pit
This happened on PC when I was playing hag earlier today. This rock pallet formation is now climbable on Suffocation Pit since the last update. I haven't tested other maps, but it's easy to climb as both killer and survivor

Bugged speed after hooking a survivor
This error happened on PC. After I hooked a Claudette I got stuck in place. After trying to move for a few seconds, I swung my weapon and got free. Undying + haunted grounds not working as intended
I was in a game on Dead Dawg Saloon as Legion on PC. The survivors broke my first hex totem, undying was gone and it didn't trigger haunted grounds. Not being able to hit survivors on exit gate is back
Was playing on gas heaven with Bubba. The survivor stayed in the game but i couldn't hit him. This was on PC. Supposedly this was already patched, but after the 5.0.1 hotfix it seems to be back sometimes. Will try to test on other maps and add here if I find anything else

Thompson House not appearing on the custom game map list
Since the new update dropped and there was no mention about this map, I went to check and it's not appearing on the selection list. I looked around on the forums and people said they've played on the map during normal matchmaking, which would make it weird for the map to not be on the list.

Nemesis is too tall for one of the stairs on Temple of Purgation
One of the side stairs on the temple that open after the generator has been done has a hitbox that almost makes Nemesis get stuck on it. On the video I was trying to move in all directions and I barely managed to get out. This only happens on one of the side stairs

[PC] Opening a already open vaccine chest
I just happened to play on a match were one of my teammates started the game by opening a vaccine chest against a Nemesis. Later in the match, the already open chest was still showing a glowing aura for me, and when I checked I could open it again even when it was clearly already used.
