[PC] Opening a already open vaccine chest

I just happened to play on a match were one of my teammates started the game by opening a vaccine chest against a Nemesis. Later in the match, the already open chest was still showing a glowing aura for me, and when I checked I could open it again even when it was clearly already used.

Same here. I swear I opened the chest, but didn't remember taking the vaccine. I went back for it later and the chest was re-sealed, the vaccine still inside once I reopened it.
