tier 3 perks take 60 seconds rather than 45 seconds
Description says Overcome triggers only when you are injured. I think this gives an advantage to survivors because they will be able to use Overcome more often because they won't have to heal. PC
PC Just use the perk. Takes 60 seconds to activate.
