If you try to tier 3 every perk on 1 killer you are looking at 90 perlks and survivoir at 104 perks (and climbing) Each perk to get to teir 3 is 15,000 BP's So to max out every perk on 1 killer that's 90 perks x 15,000 BP = 1,350,000 BP for 1 killer Then to max out every perk on…
