You have to use the spray. And he still gets aura-reading which leads to a one-shot ability.1 -

Get rid of the one-shot down. He's not skillful enough to justify it. Killer mains complained and his hitbox became easy-to-use, like Huntress. One for one. A buff receives a nerf.1 -

You have a profile picture of Deathslinger. You have to aim with him. Other killers have beachball hitboxes: Victor, Demo, Huntress, Wesker, etc.1
