Should Purple Medkits guarantee two full heals?
My most played/prestiged character, Killer or Survivor, is Cheryl. She's prestige 39 and has 37 purple medkits. I have consistently put bloodpoints into her for around two years while benefitting from the Blood Moon Event and the Anniversary event. Still, I only have 37 purple medkits. At least 25% of the Blights I verse…

Green map w/ Glass Bead and 5-8 charges should be basekit
Or just give it two pings. In Solos, you could ping a gen after getting hooked so as to not have a teammate run the Killer to you. Another example where it would be helpful to Solos would be in getting the last gen finished. You team-up on the gen and the Survivor getting chased can lead the Killer somewhere else.…

There are way too many Huntresses running around
It's every other match even though there are 35 Killers in the game. She has never taken that much skill. But now, she's so broken and it's boring. Why does a player on mnk with 120 fps need 7 hatchets at basekit, and 10 when using specific add-ons? This is easy mode. If anybody doubts it, where's the former Huntress…

Solos should get Bond basekit
I'm sure there's a way to give solo Survivors Bond without benefiting SWF. The match ends when a Survivor runs the Killer to you when working on a gen. It's dumb.

Splash Damage Killers (Huntress & Unknown) fit neither shooter games nor DBD
These two, in particular, are playing by their own rules by having one foot in the FPS genre (range attcak) but not the other ("close enough" isn't supposed to grant max damage). The shotgun user that clips the outer right thigh of the opponent should not be doing the same damage as the shotgun user that reliably gets…

Basekit Self-Aware/Fixated & Basekit Shadowborn
Would that be a good buff to both Survivor and Killer? Killer FOV is pretty bad as is Survivor walking speed. These two perks being made basekit or just percentage buffs would make both roles feel much smoother, I think. In addition, they kind of counter each other.

Knockout and Third Seal exists to grief Solos
I have my fair share of hours being Devotion 9 (2/3 Survivor, 1/3 Killer). I can count on two hands how many times I've gone against this build. I just did against a Wraith, though, and I know that I've now gone against it enough. This is worthy of a Ban. It's enough. This is why DBD has a player base and not a community.…

Went through an entire 0-50+ Bloodweb without getting BPS
It might be corny, but I wanted to play Santa Clown with only Hoarder and Bloody Party Streamers as a load out. I would let Survivors open chests, get an item, and escape. I can't do this because Bloody Party Streamers doesn't appear in the Bloodweb. I'm now prestige 5 Clown, started on prestige 3. I still do not have BPS…

Is the overrepresentation of RPD a bug?
Platform: PS4 The last handful of times I've played, RPD is highly overrepresented as far as which map is used for a trial. I can go 20 trials without playing on MacMillan, whereas RPD will show up at least five times. It's often the first map I play on when playing my first match of a session and It will appear three…

No One Left Behind is a good perk, especially for Solos
You and your teammates have to make it to endgame, but when that happens it makes you a super teammate and it makes you feel like part of a team. Fast unhooks, fast heals, buffs the basekit Borrowed Time, and offers coordination. The perk is a success of 6.1, for sure.

"The Survivor Rulebook" seems more like a passage from "The Killer Self-Help Book"
To assuage Killer feelings of guilt for tunneling out helpless Solo Survivors. I'm not particularly good, but I ran a Blight advertising his Twitch and YT channel for about 90 seconds during the trial's first chase. He was running Compound 33. When I got unhooked, the Blight's right back at the hook. Does he go for the…

Near the hook, can Flashbang+Body-Blocking guarantee a save?
I like DBD, but nearly every session there's a new thing that seems broken and imbalanced. I was playing Daily Ritual tier up/break pallet, gen for Tome Myers and a (I'm guessing) 3-man SWF brought Blastmine and Flashbang. After the gens were done (there was a map offering for Ormond), I downed a Feng while she was…

The Knight is confusing/disorienting to play as
As far as I think I understand, he has three Guards and each has a unique ability. One breaks pallets, another camps/finds Survivors, and another injures Survivors efficiently. This is correct? Can I cycle through these Guards? Second thing, does anyone else lose sense of direction when finishing the Guard path and…

Scroll wheel Hag is the most imbalanced thing in this game
She's not the best Killer but scroll wheel allows mkb players to cut down a chase in half. I just got hit instantly by one. Instantly, cannot do it on controller. There was an early dc, also, so I wasn't going to stay in the match either. I've played another multiplayer game where scroll wheel can affect gameplay. In that…

Second Node on Level 2 on current Tome shouldn't be Master Challenges
It's for both Killer and Survivor. Master Challenges want you to play the game in ways you probably don't and none of these challenges on the second page are part of my normal gameplay on either side. I don't kick gens, I don't go for pallet stuns, and I don't run ShadowStep. These are the conditions that have to be met to…

If Jill is Jill and not RE Jill in Entity's realm, how does Feng cosplay as her?
Jill doesn't have a lot of lore related to DBD but it does say that she was engulfed by the fog like the original characters. That means she's Jill in the Entity's realm and not a character from another video game. It doesn't make sense, then, that Feng can cosplay as her. Same goes for Felix and Chris.

Challenges like "Take Back the Power" are badly designed
Challenges should allow you to continue to play the game normally and limit randomness in accomplishing the challenge's goal. This one fails on both accounts. There's a few threads saying it's bugged; I know that I've stunned the Killer eight times with void energy still available to me. I'm camping pallets a lot of the…

Field Recorder is OP
Two things: (1) In life, you have to give up something to get something. How does this relate Dredge and his add-on that gives him/it free Nightfall to start the trial? It doesn't, because it comes with two buffs. Not two nerfs. He also gets free Nightfall at endgame and exhaustion Hatchets whenever a Survivor interacts…

Not a big deal, but refunding Add-ons would be nice
Before the prestige/grind reduction rework, I did appreciate the loss of all items, add-ons, and offerings (not perks, though) upon prestiging because it got rid of so much clutter in my characters' inventories. If I ever use Vigo's Blueprint or brown Fog offerings, it's merely to get rid of them. I'd rather just not have…

Solo queue teammates running Distortion are usually selfish
I don't think Survivors should be able to see the perks of other Survivors in lobby because there'd be a lot of dodging. For me, I would dodge any Survivor running Sole Survivor (which is over the top "I'm playing for myself") or Distortion. Typical match with Distortion in play, I and another teammate have two hooks, a…

Plaything/Pentimento has no place in game after 6.1
Everything about that combination flies in the face of the intention of the 6.1 update. (1) Killers run too much slowdown, we'll make it easier to protect gens. Pentimento is slowdown. (2) Survivors hold "W"/pre-drop and run to the next tile too much, Killers should be able to wrap up chases more efficiently. Plaything…

If Wesker's range must be easy-to-use and forgiving, why does he keep his one-shot ability?
There's not a shooter game that this can be compared to. Either they don't allow for one-shot downs, including snipers, or they require enough skill to justify a one-shot down. With DBD, if a ranged attack requires skill, it receives complaints. Huntress can't have realistic hitboxes because too many would complain. She's…

Teleporting into lockers behind me rather than taking the vault in front of me
Today, played a few matches and I've jumped into lockers twice while in chase and with the intention to vault a window. Once at Fractured Cowshed and the other on one of the Swamp maps. I haven't been playing recently and the only instance where this commonly happens is at the wagon on Clown's map where there's a chest a…

What do you think is the optimal QOL-centric build for Killer?
Kind of wanting to play more but want to switch up my builds, as both Survivor and Killer. For Killer, I'd like to try out a universal build that focuses on making the role feel as fluid as possible. It wouldn't include gen perks (that requires me to be at specific places at specific times), hexes (can be cleansed), perks…
-
Wesker should have a second mori animation
I'm watching Otz play Wesker with an ebony mori. He mori'd three survivors and, obviously, each time the survivor knocked his sunglasses off his face only for Wesker to put them back on at the end. Not a pressing issue but it's kinda corny that his mori involves an interaction that's not likely to repeat itself, much less…

Solo lobbies are faster than Fortnite but PS4 Hag lobbies take five minutes
I'm a PS4 Hag, not a scroll wheel Hag. Why is it when I play solo survivor, lobbies are instant and I'm matched with teammates without purple perks but when I play Bubba with just BBQ or Hag without scroll wheel, the lobbies take 5-7 minutes?
-
Fearmonger + Bubble that blocks Hook when running Kindred is really broken against Solo
Get off the gen when a teammate is down to get a sense of where he/she was down, then wait for the hooking action only for the bubble to block the killer's aura for the entire 16 metres. This is broken and unfair against solo queue.
-
Survivor perks come with downsides/restrictions while Killer perks do multiple positive things
There's a clear trend regarding recent survivor and killer perks, particularly recent ones. Reassurance and the reworked Off the Record are supposedly META, but they both have meaningful restrictions/downsides that make it questionable if they're even good perks to begin with, especially in solo queue. Reassurance- To…

Can't help but notice Blast Mine is a for-fun perk whereas Eruption is wildly OP
especially against solo. Just played a match versus a Nemesis that tunneled the Jill out of the match before reaching mid-game. Tried to take chase after the first hook but he kept on her. Deliberately ran to the killer when he hooked her a second time, juked his tentacle two times and his punch three times. Right in front…

Does Pinhead's power relate to his lore? If not, how does it have a place in a PvP game?
And how is his power not being given a second look now that he's received the same buffs that Pig and Trapper have? I don't own the character, but it seems like his box spawns in a corner of the map where survivors are not present. Is this to reduce RNG? If it is, fine. But gens have been increased by 10 seconds and a…

PC Plagues infect survivors way more quickly than Console Plagues
I can't be the only one who notices this. When I play Plague on PS4, I can be perfectly tracking the survivor with the Vile Purge but the infection barely registers. As survivor, it's as easy to distinguish between a console Plague and PC Plague as it is a Nurse on console versus PC. PC Plagues skip health states with Vile…

Apply an Undying effect to Hex: Huntress Lullaby
Outside of Rancor, Blood Warden, and Huntress Lullaby, there aren't any killer perks that are thematic, fun, and exist to add tension to the trial rather than solely functionality. Rancor and Blood Warden are pretty balanced whereas Lullaby is weak. Paired with Undying, it will last longer but devoting half of one's build…
-
Give Hex: Huntress Lullaby a built-in Undying effect
Huntress Lullaby, Blood Warden, and Rancor are the only three killer perks I can think of that are more thematic, fun, and exist to build tension rather than to solely increase efficient gameplay on the killer side. You run these perks because they're fun to play and to play against. Survivor has a lot more perks like…

A few suggestions to improve solo queue
I don't have any desire to go on discord and find others to SWF with and none of my family and real-life friends play DBD. My suggestion, then, is to allow survivors to ready up with their current teammates for the next match. A competent survivor will recognize a fellow competent survivor; if they're both solo, they might…
