It's true! Nurse is very easy to play and can stomp the best survivors without any kind of incredibly steep learning curve. That's why her kill rate is so staggeringly high!22 -

They actually changed that at some point; I tried PWYF on Clown and Doctor and am pleased to report that shocks/bottles don't consume tokens anymore.2
