Tier 70 fengs hair doesnt show up

PC It said I reached tier 70 and that I got the hair but when I look in the cosmetics I have for Feng its not there. As you can see I've reached tier 70 but the hair isnt in my inventory.

So erm, this is the first time this has happened that Ive gotten into this situation but if I get to t3 insanity from the doctors shock power and I take a borrowed time hit I cant really stop running…

and it wasnt even 20 seconds bc believe it or not, not everyone has BT leveled up to tier 3 :D

Remember when the hair in game actually looked like hair? Like you can actually see the strands, now it just looks like someone did a poor blending job.
