Chases on killers wihout lethal Power feels pointless.
I came to this take after playing a few lower tier killers without meta builds. And figured that if it's not a 100% down under 30 seconds, do not chase.2 -

Picked up a challenge to blind a killer. Had 4+ moments and actually blinded only ONCE. It felf like Lightborn in play, but the case.1
