Plague pretty much destroys every healing build possible in the game so in a way it's a strong compensation for such a powerful counterplay. Especially when it's Thanatophobia in play.9 -

Even when most of the synergy she has are gone, she's still the strongest killer in the game. Though this makes me nervous because that means she would more likely resort to using slowdown perks.2 -

Should some killers have benefits to compensate?
In a comment section someone mentioned an idea that some killers should be able to do some actions faster than others to compensate for their lack of mobility/chase power. Eg. Stealth Killers/M1 Kill…3
