I haven't encountered a hacker for a while, unless they've become more subtle in their approach.
-
Plague pretty much destroys every healing build possible in the game so in a way it's a strong compensation for such a powerful counterplay. Especially when it's Thanatophobia in play.
-
I think people underestimate how disorienting Blindness status effect is.
-
My Idea for Knight buffs is Guards gain 5% increased movement speed once they put down their banner and survivors can only see the orb if it's within 6 meters.
-
Wrong Perk
-
Even when most of the synergy she has are gone, she's still the strongest killer in the game. Though this makes me nervous because that means she would more likely resort to using slowdown perks.
-
The easiest fix they could do is add a 0.5 cooldown when they stop using their flashlight.
-
It's true, the grind was actually increased not decreased.
-
There's a lot of maps with low wall loops, you really cannot mindgame her if she can sees you. Unless she's new and overshoots / undershoots her blinks.
-
What in the world of straw man. That's not what I meant at all.
-
I ran overcome and when trickster injured me he just gave up while I was running away. Absolutely funny.
-
I know but when I main trapper I usually do fine with him. Hell I even 4k more often than I thought. But when I'm up against a SWF, I ABSOLUTELY will know and feel it.
-
Same thoughts, if I maybe rush gens I could save the team. MAYBE.
-
Not true. Trapper for example can be someone fairly played against with just Soloque. Spirit and Blight against Soloque is chaotic but at least it's fun. But Nurse? Everyone just like, gives up. Or is running around trying to think of a plan while someone gets to stage 2 on their hook.
-
I feel you, even though I don't play with friends. I just want out lmao.
-
Your right, my Morale breaks down really quickly when it comes to her and that's hard to do that to me. The sheer intimidation factor makes teams give up and it annoys me cause we usually cannot get normal matches. Soloque life hard.
-
My friends prefer to play Valorant so I torture myself by playing it Soloque for the last 4 years. And when I hear Nurse's screech I cuss audibly cause I know I'm totally going to get smashed.

Dredge Strengths and Weaknesses (I Love Dredge) Strengths: Strong map presence. Decent anti loop with teleport return. Nightfall is actually very disorienting to survivors. Nightfall makes survivors super easy to see while making Dredge hard to see. Weaknesses: Transitional looping is effective if Dredge tries to use his…

Problem With Unique Characters: Predictability Versatility Meta Hogs 1: When you see a survivor you absolutely know what to expect. Catching the killer off guard with a perk is actually one of the underrated tactics for survivor. 2: Survivors would become super specialized, which leads to my point 3. 3: Certain survivors…
-
He's a noob stomping killer, once you actually go against survivors who can mitigate the madness you'll definitely will notice. At best you should run at least 2 different gen suppression perks when playing Doctor.
-
Made me wish I brought Brutal Strength.
-
Nurse is kind of in a weird position of being a relic of DbD's past when everything was op as hell.
-
It's a vicious cycle, if you don't run meta you often get stomped by competent players. You usually can do a meme build but everyone almost always has that one strong perk for security. Right now the Devs are doing something massive to the game during the 6th Anniversary Stream, I wonder what will it be.
-
To add additional context: I can play Mass Effect Legendary Edition with no problems, but Dead by Daylight is quite literally killing my laptop.
-
Yep can confirm, this bug is widespread. It happened to me and it happened to some others while I was playing killer.
-
The thing is it made a mediocre perk even worse. I am okay with stronger perks being countered but mediocre perks being countered just slaps people in the face. Like I unironically tried to make Solidary work, obviously it failed a lot.
-
It's possible, in the recent lore cinematics it seems like the Observer is losing control.
-
Hard Agree The reason why multiples of the same survivor is allowed in game is because the canon is there's multiple versions of that same survivor.
-
Well, she is not exactly a cut and dry playstyle. She's a bit complex than that. In reality she's pretty strong if you practiced enough, I sure have. I mean you just played one match with her, that's like calling nurse weak because you got wrecked horribly in your first try.
-
I will play Sadako more once I get the perks I actually want on her.
-
I lunged one time and I ended up spinning to hit the Claudette I didn't see hiding in the bush.
-
I work a full time job, I got no time to spend the next 2-3 minutes being camped to death.
-
Crossed out Twins? Yeah their annoying to control but god damn their potential is incredibly high. Like god damn if you played against good Twins you'll realize how oppressive they are.
-
The main factor is SWF. The stats do not consider if SWF is in play, there's a big difference between full solo groups and partial to full swf groups. So right now you cannot really technically gage right now.
-
I say the regression penalty is a bit too severe, it's a perk that's suppose to help newer players but the downside is pretty bad.
-
Complex games can get away with simple perks. But Simple games absolutely need complex perks if it's a asymmetrical game. Without perks, addons and offerings. You just have Gens, Windows, Pallets, Breakable Walls, Dull Totems, Chests, Closets, Hooks and Healing. Then with killers they might add 1-2 mechanics to the match.…
-
Eh, dunno. They just, make it and hope it works.
-
Don't pretend blinding the killer constantly is a favorite hobby of those survivors who base their whole personality on being toxic for the sake of doing it. There is no one else who would complain about it.
-
Destroyed? It got better! What are you even talking about?! It made trapper feel like crap cause for whatever the reason perks back then used to directly target bear traps.
-
Exactly, I use Iron Will because it's consistent and always useful. Lightborn is a hit or a miss. 60% estimate of my matches people are not using any kind of flashlight or flashbang.
-
On Twitter and Reddit it's spreading around that "Lightborn" is overpowered. Who in the right mind thinks that. Spirit for one had good arguments on why she wasn't fun to go against which they fixed later on. Now people have zero excuse when being destroyed by a spirit player. But Lightborn? A reworked perk that ended up…
-
People might not realize but at an ACTUAL tournament match proves survivors and killers are kind of even. Killers and Survivors both carry some broken sh*t, the problem is if winning is to abuse the hell out of a meta is proven to be already unhealthy for the game community. You very rarely ever see a killer that's…
-
*Uses the bugged version of Jill's face to project a false narrative*
-
Perks are used to solve the current problems of DbD which only slowly stack up under the rug.
-
They need a QoL change, like everything the Twins does feels inconvenient and the only playstyle you can really take advantage of is how snowball-y this power is. But yeah, oh my god what's up with the successful hit cooldown with Victor and why can't he activate any perks. He has no Synergy with perks which makes me…
-
Survivors who bring a broken key will increase the chances of the killer going sweaty.
-
I hate the phrase "Do Bones" when your a solo player. You don't have the power of clairvoyance to know if a survivor has done a totem. You could do a totem hunting build but that also means your losing time on gens looking for them, which is extremely bad when your up against a mobile killer.
-
I would like the same... style but the pallets are improved. Like why is there so many pallets and in the same time so many unsafe ones.
-
Wraith is annoying to deal with but unlike Spirit he does have consistent counters that you can perform. All the things I know about Wraith, All Seeing Blood is kinda his only super BS addon, that's it.
-
Sweaty players play against other sweaty players. New Players won't get nuked by Veterans, maybe. I've been waiting for this system for a while.
