If in-game sounds weren't so important for killer, I'd agree with you. Unfortunately, being immersed is somewhat necessary for killers to be able to hear footsteps/breathing.1 -

But her sickness also auto injures survivors and makes them broken if they don’t cleanse. It’s not equivalent. The extra hit just unlocks Nemesis’ ability to use his ranged attack later on which is bs6 -

The rng feels awful for both sides. They either camp a hook/generator and down the whole team or they wander around in the middle of nowhere. They should be attracted to the nearest active generator …1
