I wonder if this could work without unbalancing the game. Maybe have one of the add-on slots allow you to substitute a perk in exchange for only getting to use one add-on.4 -

I like it. Definitely survivor sided, off set by easily patrolled exit gates. If you know the layout of the map, at least. So many places to hide. Whenever I'm in a chase, I run through the room…2 -

Um. I got adept on my second try. I think he's pretty good. Really difficult to time his tentacle at places. I do better with hom than Pyramid Head.1
