He didn't really get an actual buff. He got an addon pass, the bag addons became partially basekit and his trap RNG got removed. He is still around as weak as before but feels much better better…1 -

Shape being able to one shot survivors is too strong, in tier 3 when he hits a survivor they should heal a health state instead. On a serious note, is this even a question. Of course he needs a buff.1
