That's not a glitch that's just how undying synergizes. You cleansed haunted so you became exposed and since they had undying, they were able to keep haunted in order to be cleansed again. …4 -

I think the achievement is bugged so you can't get it. If you could, playing Freddy would be the easiest way since he automatically inflicts oblivious.1 -

They didn’t say that Pinhead’s voice was bugged. If it was they would’ve said it was. They said that they had “complications,” and considering they can’t comment on it, it’s probably legal issues.16
