Unfortunately there's no way to limit these actions without harming gameplay. If you can't swing near a hook, how do you stop a save? And if you can't crouch, how do you dodge hatchets…1 -

FOV slider, and in return, rework Shadowborn. There's enough complaints about Killer FOV to warrant this change, for balance and health reasons.2 -
