The Wraith burn, if not removed, should be as long as the base uncloak, the upside of burning him would be he is stopped instead of slowly moving towards you while uncloaking and then the speed boost.2 -

I do agree with your points, but higher overall sens will help counter 360s, and that's the best we have so far.1
