I'm genuinely scared for this perk, as it's use rate is probably really high like old ruin was, but I guess this means slowdown is really important, cuz without one, you're at a disadvantage. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think they will nerf pop at some point?

I was watching one of tru3's videos and Dwight straight up runs right past him without making a single noise while injured and stridor. You can try to hear it yourself at 7:10 as tru3 doesn't stays quiet about it until it happens.
