Kinda seems like it. I don't ever get trade-off hits anymore. I just get stunned at pallets, and any hits are negated.2 -

It's actually not mentioned in the past four dev updates - at least nothing about priority. I remember them saying that in the past, but thought it was removed when hit validation was implemente…1 -
