Definitely the Borrowed Time rework. That was by far my favorite perk in the game. Also, old Legion was disgusting, and we don't talk about him here.2 -

I would never even use Ruin in the first place. I would go BBQ, Corrupt Intervention, Sloppy Butcher, and either Pop Goes The Weasel or No One Escapes Death.1 -
