I think I mentioned this before, but with regards to the survivor issue I’d go with like a 30-second timer before the option becomes available, that starts when the final survivor goes down. That way…1 -

Then the only thing I can think of is that she was running the Weighted Head add-on, which inflicts incapacitated for 10 seconds when she hits you with a hatchet. If not that, then I don’t know.0
