No they do sleep as once they get to the camp fire according to our boy Benedict Baker they get extremely calm and fall asleep, As they are sleeping they see the bloodweb.2 -

Playing survivor is boring so me and my friends usually resort to playing killer and just talking through discord. There should be like a 2 killer vs 6 survivor thing.7 -
