When Balanced Landing ruled the exhaustion meta, at least there were times where a survivor would simply not be in a high spot, and therefore got no use from it. It did needed that nerf though.1 -

Aren't lockers only able to be locked once per trial? I thought it was intentional design so the same group of lockers could be countered more than once.1
