DBD needs Maximum Caps for Actions

Vigo's Disciple Cosmetic is the wrong rarity.
Vigo's Disciple is Very Rare rarity instead of Event rarity. All other Blighted Cosmetics, and all other cosmetics in the Hallowed Curse Collection are Event rarity. I presume this is a bug?2
