I wish they acknowledged this one. I was a little disappointed that they are fixing two achievements in the new patch that still work to some extent but won't fix one that is very clearly broken.1 -

There seems to be an issue with the criteria for the 'Near Death Experience' Trophy/Achievement. Specifically on PS5 apparently it is only counting if only one person on your team gets down…2
