You're right, why not give survivors a reverse hook mechanic where they can hook the killer? Or maybe a bazooka?1 -

Then why aren't rank 1 killers getting paired up with rank 15 survivors? Cuz there's an abundance of survivors and a lack of killers, it's quite simple. And the new matchmaking won…1
