There is this really good perk that makes sure there is always an obsession in the game AND prevents you from being tunneled, it's called Decisive strike1 -

The new MMR system put me against very good players, most of them running full meta perks and a key most games. Very unfun, and I was forced to swap to spirit bc most killers just can't keep up …1 -
