Keep in mind that the time period you're probably thinking of (post-rework) was back when DS was a 3 second stun. They both nerfed Enduring and buffed DS. Enduring had 35% less stun time on Perk…1 -

It takes 10 more seconds than Booning a Dull, which is far less time than what you will save due to Circle of Healing (heck, even Exponential and, situationally, Shadow Step) being broken as hell.4 -
