DH warps the game around itself same as old DS and Pain Resonance did. You always have to assume someone has it even if they don't. And circle of healing was a mistake to begin with.2 -

So an indirect nerf to pharmacy. The same way, base healing changes are an indirect nerf to Self-Care. -- As for OP, I like the idea! But I still think they should just revert or semi-revert pharmacy…1 -

I agree with Teamwork perks, especially Power of Two. Like, just because you don't have the obsession "restriction" you have to wait more than 2 minutes to use it again? They seem good…2
