Bring back Billy’s original chainsaw animations before patch 3.7.0 they were so satisfying and not sure why they changed them. And OG map lighting or make it a modifier for nostalgia reasons.2 -

i would nerf him by: Reverting his curve timing Remove Lopro/Rework it to something else Increase the chainsaw cooldown back to 3 seconds Overdrive turns off after chainsaw hit.1
