I'd say no they probably don't, last time I showed how to guarantee lasting an extra blink cycle in chase with a video showing exactly how to do it, I got told it's worthless :D3 -

learn blink deadzones, there's like 2-3 on most maps that you can extend chases with that the average player could learn to counter nurse :D1 -
