I don't mind her tbh. Makes a nice break from all the Onis and Wraiths. But her new skin makes some weird noise that gives me a horrible headache, and every nurse I've seen is wearing it3 -

Or simply avoid 1v4 and just play when 2v8 or other events are on. Plenty of folks do that. I can't see 2v8 becoming permanent while it affects queue times as badly as it3 -
