I actually came here to ask this - is there only one way in and out of the underground area?
-
It sucks. Makes me wish I was fortunate enough to die second. I dump all my clean clothes in the theatre room to be folded when this happens, so at least I get some housework done.
-
Same. Loved the stream but that part put a dampener on my mood for sure
-
When i was a kid, my grandmother (who we called Nana Farm since she, well, had a farm lol) had a jersey cow called Baby. She loved her so much, I have such fond memories of her and my grandmother 🥰

Alot of the time it simply comes down to moderator's discretion. I used to moderate for a popular gaming company back in the Facebook game days (showing my age here lol) and we had the same forum rules about bypassing the filter, and having mods from all corners of the world meant that sometimes one mod would interpret…
-
I tuned in, but have my favourite, a Jersey cow, in thanks for your time and effort
-
Agreed. I'd use it if it revealed totems but not as it is now. Maps are increasingly barren with alot less clutter and a good enough view that I don't need to know if the killer is within 18m of me. Chances are I can see that or hear the terror radius. Plunderers is better for chests, and I'd rather bring Deja Vu or a map…
-
I think the survivor and killer perks are all pretty safe perks, and tbh I'm fine with it. It'd be nice to have a chapter release where everyone isn't crying over the other side's toys
-
No. They said at the time that they didn't want people picking their perks based on the killer's power, so they were moving away from any synergy between perks and powers.
-
I actually love the grin 😁 everything about it makes me smile lol
-
I haven't had a single tunnelling killer all day, but I did have a Tombstone Myers which is arguably worse 😑 right when I decided to bring BPS too
-
Yeah I was keen on it too, so disappointed as well
-
Here's the thing - they start working on chapters a lot longer in advance that it seems. If I recall correctly, they said they need at least 12 months per chapter development . So there's a good chance they had already signed the DnD license when they were still on the odds with Netflix/ST. There's a chance they did want…
-
If the opportunity presents itself then sure
-
I would assume that the idea is to give survivors incentive to leave the gens and do other stuff with their toolbox charges, hence reducing killers feeling like they need to rely on gen regression in the first place. I feel like there's way too much complaining about survivors playing around with stuff that keeps them off…
-
This. Discussions have been had on this forum before regarding different types of horror. Fantasy horror exists.
-
They didn't get rid of the ones on Haddonfield so I guess they're committed. That's disappointing.
-
I groaned out loud as soon as they mentioned the Finisher Mori. I knew it was too good to be true that it was done away with. But I know they'll likely be selling more and more special moris soon so they weren't gonna abandon it. I'm gonna have to try and not be part of the final 2 in a lost game anymore because this is…
-
So I'm guessing Project T is why there's been no update to Backwater Swamp maps yet? Very interesting indeed
-
I dont think it is, because I suspect you replied to me in a different thread the other day but since my quote didn't show in your comment I didn't reply just in case
-
Glad it's not just me, I thought the same about The Quarry. Started off strong but struggled to hold my interest in the end. I kind of felt like they were trying to capture the same sort of Until Dawn vibe but it was overall a bit meh for me. I am hopeful for Frank Stone though.
-
For me, the sweats come out a few days before and a few days after reset. They'll calm down before the first week is out
-
Dunno about anyone else, but I'm excited for it. I'm not hyped up though cos I honestly know nothing about DnD lol so I dunno what to get hyped up for, I have no expectations.
-
Yessss as long as it's Switch > PS5. I have so much stuff on my Switch I need to share across 😭
-
Oh wow, must be a bug. Hopefully they can recover it. I'm glad now I spent all my bp this morning
-
Woohoo 😁 That was cool, thanks for sharing. Can't wait for the stream!
-
Survivor, but only if we can direct it at our team mates when they're hiding in the corner
-
The Jackal
-
It's funny, as a solo queue player the most aggravating challenges are the 'escape a trial' ones 🤣 I have to give them credit though, the recent challenges are alot better than the older ones. I changed platforms early 2023 and started going through them all again and it's been... something
-
Isn't the point of Ruin that the killer doesn't have to kick the gen? So yeah it makes sense those two perks won't work
-
"I personally feel like people want it nerfed because they assume it's why they lost a match" It's because of this. They lose, they see the survivors are using Windows, rinse and repeat. Eventually they believe that's the reason. I agree though, I don't think it's a strong perk. I think it's just one of the better options…
-
Devs have tested it in the past and realized pretty quick it wouldn't be a good idea. I would assume because as others have said, it's pretty easy to get chased away from the exit gate. Getting hit by static blast from Doctor, Trappers traps, etc. Not to mention endgame save attempts can be crazy fun, even if the result is…
-
I always do, but I've rarely had killers had come back to the hook so I'm happy to risk it. Tunnelling is fortunately not that prevalent in my games. And usually if the killer does come back they'll chase the unhooker. But it's easy to predict if the killer will come back - if no one is being shown as chased on the HUD,…
-
I guess they could revert the speed from 6% back down to its original 5% if you think that will make a difference. I'd like to keep the gen information part of the perk though. Maps are increasingly being made smaller through reworks, so gens are often spawning closer together.
-
Because people complain about genrushing, so I guess they're trying to get people to save their toolbox charges for elsewhere. If survivors have nothing else to do then they're just going to sit on gens.
-
Because the devs have stats that I would wager show Pain Res etc having a direct impact on kill rates and match outcomes. It's the only reason I can see as to why it seems to constantly be tweaked (this is like the third or fourth time it's been touched I believe?). I would wager WoOs impact is negligible.
-
I was just thinking to myself that it's been awhile since I saw Rotten Fields too. Both it and Wrecker's Yard are pretty basic, it'd be nice if they were getting a facelift
-
Same lol sorry not sorry!
-
Now that you mention it, I haven't seen it in awhile either lol
-
I had a game yesterday where I ran a Wesker for 5 gens. He wasn't a new Wesker either (P42) but the chase wouldn't have been so long if he would have tried to M1 me. He insisted on getting me only with his bound, and Ive always made it my mission against Wesker to avoid getting infected so i was just as stubborn. There was…
-
I actually love that you brought up the gen kick/3 gen meta era (which greatly overlapped btw). I honestly believe that it's the primary cause, or at least the trigger point, to most of the animosity and division you see in the playerbase now. Simply put, the devs let it go on for way too long. Think about how many new…
-
Because that's what the playerbase seems to ask for repeatedly. Nerfs to the perks they see too often. What they fail to realize is that the same standard will be held across the board. If you just play killer and complain that x- survivor perk is used too much and it needs a nerf, then you can bet that any frequently used…
-
They've said numerous times they have limited bandwidth per update. That's why it can seem slow.
-
They should have put the Broken status on a timer. Even if it's for 5 minutes or something. Because you're right - it pretty much puts you out of the count for every other aspect of gameplay
-
Every time killers get changes I see people claiming that some sort of unpleasant behaviour will now increase. I never see it.
-
It took like a year between me signing up for the newsletter to actually getting my first one. I just suddenly got one and since then I've been getting them
-
You are very welcome 😁
-
Was just thinking, I wonder if the Dungeons and Dragons map will be set in the same realm and that's why they changed the colour scheme
-
"People are just tooo afraid to go out of their comfort zone" This is exactly what it is. I purposely change up my builds every now and then so I don't get too dependent on any one perk. I have constantly come across perks where I'm like 'wow, I cant give this one up' But I always do, and it's always fine. I think some…
