A skull merchant can mark the 3 gens she wants to guard at the start of the game with drones and there is nothing the survivor team can do about it.1 -

Survivors outnumber killer players so BHVR has to cater more to survivors because they need more of them but I agree it sucks. I think loads more killers could be brought closer to A tier.6
