Only if it's the survivors decision. Killers would abuse the hell out of it if it was theirs. Probably why most heart beat modifiers with killers are offerings.4 -

Well, judging by the response I got from a mod about survivors idling at the exit gate, no. Being stubborn, and/or not playing the game aren't bannable. You can't be reported for not killin…1 -
