He has a one shot and a Hindered effect to fully infected Survivors to encourage them to USE THE SPRAYS. This applies slowdown which he really needs, because his power doesn't instantly do damag…2 -

His hitbox is NOT easy to use because he moves at HALF the speed of a completely uncharged hatchet throw (he moves at about 14 m/s, uncharged hatchet moves at 25 m/s) it only makes sense his hitbox i…2 -
