This seems like a cool concept to build a killer on. Maybe she'd have a normal state and a more powerful frenzy state, which would be triggered by certain situations.1 -

Re: Random map selection needs to go.
That would take away the Suspense of not knowing what Killer you're going against. It's even worse for Killers who rely on a surprise factor, such as Myers, GF or Wraith.4
