You get enough emblem points without kicking gens; at the highest level you don't want to kick gens too often anyway as it wastes time and normally survivors would just tap it to prevent regress…1 -

So this is countered by just not stunning him? The "old Legion" had no counter at all so I'm not sure you can say he's back.3
