So it's ok to get value from SB but not Resurgence/RH? It's ok for SB to counter RH/Resurgence but not for those 2 perks to slightly counter SB? That sounds incredibly one-sided.1 -

That's a pretty solid idea. We don't want the range to go too far or have it be abused by survivors, either. Which I'm afraid would happen if it's not carefully done.2
