Survivor abuse bugs never get patched quickly and are not bannable, look at the wake up bug that made all actions 12% faster Meanwhile killer bugs that make them better are bannable2 -

The issue with adding a permanent counter for everyone is that seeing a reminder to do totems will turn every hex perk useless2
