Fast track is going to stay, at least for a while. It is in the same boat as Resurgence-overtuned perk that makes tunneling the better play while not being overpowered when brought by only one person…-9 -

"Most killers", yeah Plague, Legion and maybe Ghoul. Medkits and OG CoH were reworked for a reason.2
