Definetely EMP should be personal only and can keep with radius biopod deny.I mean only removes the slipstream of the one who uses it.With that change it would definetely improve his gameplay. Later …1 -

So if u use plot twist and get hooked and killers down you and recover by yourself u get up fully healed? The moment ypu get hooked or grabbed or downed that perk should desactivate1 -
