46 seconds to self heal (57 with Sloppy Butcher) is kind of insane. Nobody in their right mind would want to use it.5 -

Can't agree more. Without changing that, they're just massively buffing facecamping Bubba, which is already unhealthily strong.4 -

Yeah, that speed debuff is really unnecessary. It's not like the perk would make you invisible.3
