QoL: add a VFX when a character has the haste status effect
Since nowadays there are more and more ways to get haste, both as killer and as survivor, I think it would be a nice QoL to give a visual feedback for when someone is moving faster than usual, much like it happens when using the Refined Serum.

Using Mirrored Illusion while Ruin is active cause my character to be stuck in place
I was repairing a generator when at some point I stopped and rapidly activated Mirrored Illusion. I didn't know Hex:Ruin was active and I noticed the regression started the same instant I activated the perk. At that point I was unable to move away until the killer downed and picked me up.
