That’s because Old Legion had weak mobility, slowdown, and no lethality and was indeed the worst killer in the game and many killers absolutely need more buffs like this6 -

Xbox One S when you hit the survivor it’ll bring up the option to turn on Demon Fury but it just doesn’t trigger.1
