Exactly, I guarantee no one will lose a game based on the killer's FOV. And an FOV slider could even allow survivors to change their FOV (within reason)1 -

If everyone has access to the slider, then no one is at a "disadvantage" Anyone can set the FOV to whatever they want, and whatever is comfortable to them will let them enjoy the game more …33
