Maybe its just taking a bit to update
-
Do bones lol
-
I think a lot of people miss this point. If you don't play sweaty you shouldn't get sweaty players if you do play sweaty you should get sweaty players.
-
Unfortunately we can only hope the system is good But McLean said that before he left he saw the MMR system and how it works, and he said that more people would like it if they knew what he knew about it. So I think we should be alright.
-
You didn't get the memo? This is the PTB. Console has always had the PTB, BHVR just calls it the live patch because they know they can't keep their game in a constant PTB or the players will realize they are all unpaid QA testers.
-
It's called a terror radius And if they have no terror radius its called having eyes. You go to the hooked person, if you see the killer camping, you either go in with borrowed time or leave to do a gen. If a survivor goes in without borrowed to save, that's not the fault of the killer. That's the survivor being dumb.
-
Basically the web has a certain chance to give an event item. Killer can only get the BP offerings Survivor can now get the BP offering, flashlight, medkit, and tool box. So your chances of getting an event offering are 1/4th as much as getting one on killer.
-
Because people getting motion sick from a low FOV is not a large enough concern.
-
They kinda said it was gonna be the largest event, and it isn't.
-
I watched the anniversary stream and was not impressed so. Keeping my expectations low and/or non existent. BHVR really has hit rock bottom with these updates and events so anything other than a complete let down or scam would be impressive.
-
As they add more maps it adds more map offerings which lowers the chance of getting a BPS. So currently an ebony mori is more likely to get than a BPS. But the new event cakes should be in every bloodweb (hopefully unless they break things again.)
-
Knowing the event is just gonna be the exact same as last year with some login rewards and shrine changes is very discouraging when they said they would put a big focus on making this event amazing. Instead they just took 3 terrible event and slapped them together into 1 mediocre event.
-
They have said they don't need one. I personally think they need several.
-
Meanwhile whenever anything happens to Jane she sounds like she is having way too good of a time.
-
Remove BP cap. Remove BP cap on categories in game Make BBQ and WGLF bloodpoint gain base. Make rebuking shrine perks give 500k BP. YW.
-
I think Ormond and Haddonfield need the exact same change. They need to go into the files of the game where both of those maps are, select them both, then click delete. Perfect, ship the patch.
-
There aren't DC penalties anymore? Sweet, now I don't have to worry about disconnecting from every game with a hag.
-
Because the key rework is coming. Just like how the trial warm up is something they are working on.
-
BHVR will never do this as reducing the grind in any way would inevitably lead people to finish all the grind. And when they do that they fear that they will stop playing.
-
And now that you have to buy it and use it and you can't use prestige cosmetics with it is why there is such a huge uproar about it.
-
Franklin's nerf, people say that it is nerfed because it could destroy a vaccine. Logical change would be to have it not effect vaccines BHVR change: nerf Franklin's and inadvertently buff keys in the process because you can still use a key to open the hatch when it is out of charges. I swear BHVR this is getting…
-
Except it's not 1 person escaping. It's 2 or 3 and now you just got an entity displeased because 1 item let the whole game end early.
-
I doubt the perk will be nerfed. We have the evidence we need. We know the spawns are dumb now its just will they do something about it.
-
It's OK, that was probably the first match they have ever won so they had to celebrate and show you that they won. Let them enjoy the moment because it is probably a rare occurrence.
-
Imagine running to go for an unhook and the person on the hook doesn't let you unhook so you go down to the killer. Even if it was a bad play to make, you refusing to be unhooked could cost the entire game for the team. Not to mention the trolling applications this would have. So no, please don't add that and stop asking…
-
The grind is mount everest. Those perks are like snow shoes, it helps but you need so much more to actually get through it.
-
Anything to help reduce the grind.
-
Bill Ash David All of them are chads
-
BHVR and lack of communication go together like BHVR and saying they fixed a bug when they clearly haven't. DbD Twitter man can only say so much, but ever since they stopped doing weekly dev streams, actually knowing what they are working on and what their goals are for the game has been nearly impossible to know.
-
60 seconds where a survivor follows you around to try and blind you. Meanwhile, you are essentially chasing half the team for that entire time, and can easily just look at a wall or bait out the flashlight, or just slug the guy following you. Honestly sounds like a win in my book if someone tries to do that.
-
Been like that since the game came to console. With a game so reliant on knowing where people are going having less than 60 fps is a huge hindrance. And with the release of PS5 and leaks of Ray Tracing being added to the game, it's essentially BHVR going. "Get a PC or PS5/Xbox series X" We joke about BHVR not having a QA…
-
Well, the game being the exact same game for years does contribute to it not being as enjoyable as it was before, so I thought I would add this to the discussion. Because out of anything that has been highly requested from survivors and killers it's another game mode.
-
Effectively, if the perk was being used as intended, the perk did not get nerfed. If a survivor used it as a 60-second shield where they could do whatever they wanted and then run into the killer's face to get downed and picked up at the 59-second mark, then yes it was nerfed because that strategy was abusing the perk for…
-
Honestly, even though the community memes on BHVR for bugs and DbD definitely has way more bugs than what should be allowed. It is overall a fairly functional game. I think the major issue long term players are having is the game is 5 years old, and its the exact same game that is was 5 years ago 1 killer, 4 survivors, 5…
-
Ah, so you are mad that you can't give survivors free escapes because your team lost, and you can't troll other teammates by dying right as they get to the hook because you don't like their plays... Right... You can still give up just as easily. This just makes it so: 1. the killer actually has time to make it to the hatch…
-
Unless you have a 1 shot ability. Going against 4 dead hards, in general, is frustrating.
-
I made this one specifically about people arguing it would give players a competitive advantage, purely because I saw a lot of argument around it and I saw the argument as really dumb considering loads of other games with PvP that have adjustable FOV.
-
The perks have situational use. But if we wanna talk about survivors with the worst perks, how about bringing Ash and Quentin into the convo.
-
Yucky, bad idea. Also, she has the lowest kill rate in the game, so by the logic of an unnamed individual, she should actually be getting buffed. ;)
-
Exactly, I guarantee no one will lose a game based on the killer's FOV. And an FOV slider could even allow survivors to change their FOV (within reason)
-
I think the issue with BHVR is that they know if they make the grind reasonable. People are gonna grind all their characters to the max. Then quit. Because once you finish grinding the only thing keeping you here is new DLC and the gameplay. And let's be honest after 1000 hours the game isn't that great anymore. And with…
-
I know a lot of killers would max it out, but also a good bit of players would also put it high because the lower FOV makes them motion sick. I also know people who have the reverse issue, were too much on-screen disoriented them, so they would want a lower FOV. The point being, it can be changed to fit people's needs, why…
-
I hope they say something during the anniversary stream. They really do suck a lot of fun out of the game.
-
Had that happen to me on a few maps. Most recently Lery's with an open door making a tiny corner where I couldn't pick up the survivor. I think they need to make the pickup area more generous
-
Ahh, DbD matchmaking. It's fascinating how it continues to be so horrible.
-
I think your title is wrong You added the words "at night" at the end of your title which I don't think are needed.
-
You just explained why they do the kinds of updates that they do. If you buy the DLC they make no matter the quality then they don't have to worry about actually making quality patches. If you want the game to get better, use a language they will understand, your wallet.
-
I think you didn't watch the video
-
But BHVR fixed it, they even said so. And they definitely tested everything to make sure that there is no possible way the issues with stunning with pallets would exist.
