NOED only happens when survivors ignore totems and prioritise generators. It's there to punish rushing the generators.7 -

Decisive Strike is still as powerful as it was before the nerf to prevent and discourage tunnelling. It isn't a OP perk anymore that gives two minutes of invulnerability anymore, which is good.5
