Decisive Strike is still as powerful as it was before the nerf to prevent and discourage tunnelling. It isn't a OP perk anymore that gives two minutes of invulnerability anymore, which is good.5 -

And this is why a disconnecting penalty is stupid. It's not uncommon for the game to disconnect you because its badly designed.2 -
