Slugging and intentionally bleeding out are 2 different things. If someone is habitually bleeding out survivors match after match they are refusing to participate in normal gameplay.2 -

A few years ago when Puppers was alive and healthy. Some of my favorite matches are when I'd randomly load into the lobby with him and Monto. Those guys knew how to have fun with this game.3 -
